I think for a robust, all-inclusive management system, it does a good job. However, by trying to be everything for everyone there is always issues with quality and the user experience. The recent changes have helped with a lot of these issues, but it is still very overwhelming to onboard new employees to the system.

At large it was successful implementation. - [Users] are empowered to find out performance measures easily - issues like machine downtime, trend analysis, location specific downtime information, roll out functionalities, up time of the machines or area, alert based on run hour of the machines/ pumps, manual data entry to capture reason code for any downtime
1. Cost model/ license structure is simple and meet the purpose 2. Large functionalities available & opportunity to extend in future 3. Quicker ROI realization / budget approval/ quicker deployment 4. Huge range of integration capability with data sources 5. Security standards that meet organization's requirement 6. Self service mode; very less to no expense to train workforce due to simple & intuitive interface
