Pros	Imaging and laboratory results were found in Allscripts Professional EHR. Allscripts Professional EHR also provided emergency room history and physicals created by the emergency room physician. Alternatives Considered	We selected Allscripts primarily for its exceptional reviews and affordability in the EHR marketplace. While Allscripts may not be the best EHR overall, it definitely meets the demands of the seting I practice in.
