Xoom has similar features as Venmo and PayPal but it is more advanced and easier to use. There are more options and flexibility when it comes to Xoom compared to its competitors and it's backed by the reputation and name of PayPal which makes consumers trust it more.

Xoom has worldwide coverage - most of the competition doesn't. Also, converting currency is painful in other apps. If only the markup fees were lower, Xoom would be a killer service!

I had a customer who wanted me to do his wife's birthday party. I sent him the estimate and he gave me a deposit from his Venmo account. When the party was done, he forgot to pay for a week. I reminded him with an invoice and he sent a deposit. It wasn't immediately deposited, but it [arrived the next day].
Xoom is best suited to send and receive money between two people who live in different countries, not only that we can also send money to our friends, colleagues, family members directly in their bank accounts. They have a great currency exchange functionality that directly converts our received money into our local currency, and deposits it into our bank account within a few minutes. The only drawback is that not many people know about it, it needs good marketing so that more people can use this service, and from my experience, I can say it is very secure and a good competitor of Payoneer.

I find that it is very easy to use, manipulate and I've had no issues at all whenever using it for Business or even personal purposes as well. I've never received any complaints or questions on either side whenever using it as well, and have only heard others speak about it in a positive manner too.

The implementation was largely successful. Since this was a large shift from normal practices, we faced a few teething problems, but largely I'd say it went well.

PayPal has more work items for businesses. It has invoicing, time tracking, and marketing strategies. I could [use] PayPal to run my business like I do with QuickBooks. Affiliates with other business is crazy. Plus, they also carry debit and credit cards for business and personal purposes. Venmo is the little brother [of PayPal].
We agreed to select Xoom as the main payment method since it had more flexible options. It gives the user a full guarantee of transacting safely and when there is a conflict the customer support team acts quickly. The charges for sending and receiving money are relatively low as compared to other platforms. The mobile application has biometric login features making it difficult for unauthorized users to access confidential information.
