• Kept weekly record of the challenges given and the output of the participant
• Provided a comprehensive data for each individual participant as well as for the group
• Has several other health features like solid and liquid intake etc

• Sometimes, my Fitbit and even my Max device would have issues synching.
• There weren't daily challenges, like the Fitbit. That made me have to use both apps, which was more work.

easy to use data tracking is easy day by day it enocourge me to focus on my health
