I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

The recognition piece is the biggest, most important piece of the whole software in my opinion. It cultivates an environment of teamwork and appreciation and has been a huge culture-builder for us! We love using Kazoo.

  • It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
  • It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
  • It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

  • Flexibility in rewards. Gift cards, charity, funny gifts (a hug from the CEO!).
  • Provides a channel to reward folks for a job well done. A $25 Amazon gift card because I picked up some trash in the parking lot? Yes, please!

  • The reward gift card amounts are hardcoded- like 250, 150, etc. There should be an option to self-enter values.
  • More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives.
  • Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days.
  • I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools.
  • Tie-ups with Petrol stations and Investment platforms will also benefit employees.

  • The ability to create custom reports as admins would be a nice feature.
  • A feature that allows managers of the employees to be loaded into YEI and then they can receive a breakdown of the recognition of their direct reports periodically would be a nice feature.
  • Ways for the employee to create their own reports to see their own receiving and giving metrics.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

Alternatives Considered
I have not used any other products with redemption. Vantage Circle is the only one I used so far & this could be recommended to my peers & friends due to the wide range of options it offers, flexibility & 100 + options to choose from. Also, this is very user friendly & the helpdesk team is also very prompt in response & resolution if any issue arises.

I have just started using Lattice as an Admin, and I think Kazoo had more customizable options where you could add your info to instructions and supporting documentation. Kazoo also had better customer support.

Scalability
I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
