Motivosity vs. Vantage Circle

There really is no downfall to using this service. I don't know where the funds come from every month, but I know that I will have replenished funds by the beginning of the month. There really is no better way to thank an employee than to give out real money. $1 ends up being $100 really quickly.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• Desktop app is not the greatest.
• Would be nice to navigate sent/received bucks.

• The reward gift card amounts are hardcoded- like 250, 150, etc. There should be an option to self-enter values.
• More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives.
• Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days.
• I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools.
• Tie-ups with Petrol stations and Investment platforms will also benefit employees.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

Profit.co is great for goal tracking and for gaining a clear picture of what everyone is working on but there is no way to provide feedback or motivate the team. This is the first time I have used a tool like Motivosity that brings this all under one umbrella.

I have not used any other products with redemption. Vantage Circle is the only one I used so far & this could be recommended to my peers & friends due to the wide range of options it offers, flexibility & 100 + options to choose from. Also, this is very user friendly & the helpdesk team is also very prompt in response & resolution if any issue arises.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.

• It's great to see the stats each month of how many employees have engaged with others to acknowledge or appreciate each other. Reports can be run to see these numbers.
• When employees feel noticed or engaged with their productivity goes up.
