Betterworks vs. Vantage Circle

[BetterWorks is a] good fit for a 250+ employees company that implements firm wide KPIs/OKRs system to measure employee performance and track corporate goals and progress, promote transparency and accountability.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• Some functionalities are locked according to the type of user.
• Would like to have an option to track specific to-do's.

• The reward gift card amounts are hardcoded- like 250, 150, etc. There should be an option to self-enter values.
• More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives.
• Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days.
• I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools.
• Tie-ups with Petrol stations and Investment platforms will also benefit employees.

We've been using it for going on four quarters now and it's become part of how our team plans our work for the quarter, holds ourselves accountable, and decides who is doing what work and why. Without it we'd certainly have to replace it with something else - plus it's so nice to see the other departments and top company goals so easily.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

Overall the platform is clean and easy to use. It's quick to learn and not unnecessarily complex. While a few specific filtering features can be wonky it's nice that it's simple and clean. There are a lot of icons where words may be more appropriate in the navigation but otherwise the platform is easy to use and quick to hop into and check in.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

BetterWorks is great at implementing the Objectives and Key Results framework, and it also provides a framework for employee feedback and performance reviews. However, BetterWorks' capabilities to follow up on specific tasks or activities are limited, and you would need to complement these features with another app or platform. Nevertheless, I think in many ways is best to keep these kinds of functionalities isolated.

I have not used any other products with redemption. Vantage Circle is the only one I used so far & this could be recommended to my peers & friends due to the wide range of options it offers, flexibility & 100 + options to choose from. Also, this is very user friendly & the helpdesk team is also very prompt in response & resolution if any issue arises.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
