Likelihood to Recommend	We've reviewed a lot of platforms and Tapfiliate was the best we could afford to track our affiliates. However, it is not user friendly and is frustrating to set up. The communication that can be automated is limited as well - we deal with clients in 5 different languages but can only send our communication in one. Cons	Trial policy, they force you to put your credit card in order to check their features. Customer support, they don't explain deeply their features, they force you to check their demo. Support Rating	We needed their help previously to take the decision to buy or not, but they didn't explain deeply the features and if they meet our needs or not.
