Tactic vs. UnSpot

Tactic is beneficial for every company who have just enough workplace stations. Most specially if the shifts of the employees are different. It helps every employee to have a seat plan and find availability for their current shift. The map that is shown in the website is also helpful as it is very user-friendly.

If a company even partially introduces flexible jobs, it is opportunity to increase staff without a costly relocation to another office.

• We use Tactic to reserve computer stations every shift.
• It counts how many users are logged in.
• It shows the available stations that can be used.

• There are times that is load slowly.
• It only allows us to log in at a certain period of time, like an hour before the reserved time period and sometimes I am earlier than that.
• There are some unexpected errors that we frequently encounter while using the website. It is very often, but happens more than once.

We have only been using Tactic since I was hired here, so I am not able to compare it with other products. It is beneficial as it helps us work more effectively and efficiently. Moreover, it also counts how many users are logged in and the available stations as well.

• It helps make the workplace more organized, thus helping us to work well.
• It helps us find available stations to use, thus we are able to work on time.
• Work is much more effective and efficient because we have our seat plans every shift period.
