The product really does everything it can and offers it very simply. In other words, after using it for many years like us, it feels as if the email system could not exist without Trend Micro Email Security. Using email in a corporate structure without this or any other product is the job of brave people.

While Trend Micro Email Security provides enhanced email security capabilities to mitigate most email threats one of the major draw back was certain filters do not provide a wider time frame for searches within a single search.

SpamTitan's support is very responsive. We have had very few interactions with them but each time, they responded quickly and resolved the issues promptly.

As a reseller, it can be difficult to locate the appropriate support number to call, however, once a case has been opened for a support request, it is generally resolved fairly quickly.

We selected SpamTitan many years ago, so nothing sticks out as to why we selected them versus the competition. They have been very good since then so we have not evaluated the competition recently.

It's a simple solution to configure and monitor, you just need to edit records in dns and spf. there are pre-set security rules that can be modified and implemented very simply.
You can quickly check the path of an email and the rules that checked the email to understand the cause of the block
