SpamHero vs. TitanHQ Email Security

This is a good solution for a small or medium business that gets a ton of spam. I’ve had users spam bombed several times in recent years and was able to tighten filters to prevent them from receiving so much subscription mail. For the price it’s a great value and while it doesn’t have the same feature set of services 5x the cost it’s a great entry point into email filtering.

For business email protection, I recommend SpamTitan Email Security. It comes with anti-phishing, ransomware protection, anti-spam, and virus protection features. All these features will keep your business email system safe from email threats that would otherwise affect your business operations.

The online Interface is fairly straightforward and easy to admin. New features have been added since I started using it and we’ve always been able to find and release false positives when that does happen. Very Easy to find, release and approve-list emails and changes settings from the web interface.

SpamTitan's support is very responsive. We have had very few interactions with them but each time, they responded quickly and resolved the issues promptly.
