Well-suited for companies looking to get better feedback from employees. It's probably perfect for my organization (around 80 employees) because our COO can respond directly to our concerns. It might be less effective for larger organizations, but I can't speak much to that.
I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.
Originally, requests for feedback ("360s") were not customizable, and employees didn't feel the pre-written questions were particularly helpful. TINYpulse has since changed this format so we can either use default questions or create our own.
The reward gift card amounts are hardcoded- like 250, 150, etc. There should be an option to self-enter values.
More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives.
Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days.
I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools.
Tie-ups with Petrol stations and Investment platforms will also benefit employees.
Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.
The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.
TINYpulse provided the most-competitive pricing of all vendors considered, with the greatest flexibility of use with desktop, mobile app, and operating system. While customer support proposed by others appeared to be closer to "live" or real-time, with closer to the 24/7 kind of environment in which we live/work in today, budget was a driving factor for us.
I have not used any other products with redemption. Vantage Circle is the only one I used so far & this could be recommended to my peers & friends due to the wide range of options it offers, flexibility & 100 + options to choose from. Also, this is very user friendly & the helpdesk team is also very prompt in response & resolution if any issue arises.
I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
We have been able to implement a number of suggestions that our employees have posted on TINYpulse, things that our management may not have thought of but made a positive difference.
We are able to identify pain points before they become a systemic problem, and can act to correct our shortcomings or adjust procedures to remedy the situation.
Sending Cheers to employees is a real morale booster for everyone.
