Every person in Cybersecurity uses Linux and most are adapted to use VMWare or VirtualBox, however Terminal does everything I need it to do without needing those apps

VensureHR is great customer service, they process payroll correctly and on time. Benefits are a bit of a struggle but that may be the TPA Sisco. Our new plan year started June 1 and it's June 10 and we still don't have electronic cards and the carriers (Cigna and Sisco) are not updated. In my experience, the ATS was bad, so clunky and not worth the money so we turned it off. But I think the reporting is great and customer service is great - including our Benefits rep [...], she is fantastic.

Usability
Terminal's settings can be tweaked by a JSON file. This allows quick and instant changes, this program is light weight. The ability for it to add tabs for the different sessions and distributions you are working on is amazing.

Alternatives Considered
Top quality talent that is available immediately. Terminal takes the guess work out of finding the right candidates and does an amazing job of souring strong engineers and finding the right one for you, with a low up front commitment (can hire contractors month by month) so you can get started quickly at a low cost and maintain lots of flexibility and optionality.

Return on Investment
  • We brought down engineering costs by well over 50%
  • We were able to hire contractors to start building a new product in one week, in what would have take over a month for a full time local role.

  • They do our payroll taxes correctly
  • Reporting is great, especially customized, and this helps us present information to our lenders and ultimately gets us more funding
  • Benefits costs going up and then not being fully available when the plan year starts is a big negative to our business.
