The ease of use and onboarding has made bTrade TDXchange a real pleasure to use day-to-day. We really appreciate the stability and the small footprint the application uses which has allowed us to save a tremendous amount of money on hardware usage compared to our previous system.

  • bTrade TDXchange is an excellent product with a robust architecture that runs seamlessly on both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • We host it on an inexpensive infrastructure in AWS, and it requires minimal maintenance.
  • The system is highly reliable I believe bTrade TDXchange is ideal for both small organizations and large enterprises, making it one of the top products on the market for Managed File Transfer.

We have only had to engage bTrade TDXchange’s technical support team a few times, but it has always been a great experience. They are U.S. based and very responsive. We even provided feedback shortly after implementation and they put our recommendation into the next release (or the one after that…I forget exactly).
