Tango Card vs. Xoxoday Plum

Works great for market research, and for large batches of fulfillment. Where it shines most for me is in the international realm. We do tracking studies across dozens of countries and this has been a great help for us in making those studies feasible.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Tango Card is very easy to use and set-up
• Tango Card makes it easy to allow for multiple gift card options
• Tango Card allows for excel imports of respondents, which keeps things nice and simple

• Helps with pushing the sales prospects to complete the deal.
• Personalize reward campaigns can be run as per the team size and interest.

• The initial setup of the API with all the ACH info was a bit complicated.
• The only speedbump (not big concern) is the branding of a Tango Card - when saying that to recipients, they don't "get it" immediately and some quick-to-judgement folks can say they don't want it.

• There are many brands that are still not available. Some brands are available for a few countries only which I really hope they fix it asap.
• When customizing the email design, there is a footer with Xoxoday branding, hope they make it optional. It will help a lot.
• And many brands require users to go to certain pages and enter the code sent to them to get the actual redeem code which I don't think is a good idea.

Giving it a 9 only because I haven't been using it for more than 6 months but that said, I've had enough projects and redemptions to get a full understanding of its performance. TANGO CARD just works better than the rest for the redemption experience for the end recipient.

I was an unfortunate recipient of funds via a Tango Card... Hopefully, there will be a resolution with the returned funds (due to the shipping issue.) The FAQ says otherwise... will be interesting to see how Tango responds

• Tango Card has increase our overall response counts
• By doing so, some of our board KPIs are better measured
