• Not a truly scalable software package, best fit for single or smaller organizations up to 15 users.
• Does not force structure and is less document management and more document storage / organization.
• Pricing is not cheap but is relative to what you receive, online document storage and advanced access across devices.

Well, it a good product at an affordable price, which makes it suitable for me to chose Sohodox.

Kofax Capture is much costlier with compared to other competitive applications but is also provides many more features than other applications.

• Very scalable, but only to a certain level (1-15 users or so max).
• Interface and usability are user-friendly, without sacrificing features and power.
• Advanced tagging and searching allows users to save documents and organize them "their way" without forcing specific workflows.

• We were able to decrease personnel expenditures as there was not a need for individuals to index documents prior to incorporating them into the record.
