I think it's useful for an internal and external reference org chart. It's simple. I think it wasn't used as much for team bonding, there is a section where each person can fill out their work habits. We didn't utilize this section very much and it wasn't accessed by many teammates often

I haven't tried any other software similar to The Org, There are mindmaps and other mapping software, but you cant share employee profiles like you can with this software.
