ShipMonk vs. Shippo

It's well-suited for companies of a smaller size that want to easily manage their shipping needs. When you are working in a small team environment you often are tasked with "wearing multiple hats", that's when a shipping software like ShipMonk comes in handy. People can collaborate and work on the same task at the same time.

Shippo is an overall platform. We have no complaints so far. Our only suggestion is having 24hr live customer service or at least hours that we can reach a live person.

As a small business, you often look for all kinds of ways to help your company save money where it can, and when you can do that in one of the most costly departments (shipping) it's an easy choice to make.
