If your business needs an electronic signing software, then I recommend Zoho Sign because it has all the great features. It ensures fast and secure document signing and, most importantly, it is legally binding.

• Sytem integration - having the ability to integrate to our Salesforce.com platform was a selling point, in that the open API enables us to keep documents tied to specific clients.

DocuSign was good, I used them for about 1-2 years. However we did have some issues with them as far as contract errors when sending out to the clients. There were also issues with capturing credit card information at times from the client and processing it through our billing system Overall, Sertifi is a lot more beneficial for our organization.

Price is important but it has all the same features as some of the main brand names on the market which makes this package ideal for small businesses and larger ones looking at costs. The advantage we find is that we can edit forms with drop-down boxes and preset answers for the forms. Each entry field can be customized by data type and length or allow the client to enter their own answers.
