Screendragon allowed us to create a consistent budgeting process across multiple divisions that are distributed all around the globe. This also allows for simplified comparisons across divisions. While Screendragon provides for resourcing at an individual level, it can be a tedious process if you have a lot of people to resource. This can become even more cumbersome if you have to frequently update or modify resources or hours against a project.
