Great if you're looking for a helpful and interactive CRM. It will allow you to stay on task and make important notes for your clients and their accounts. It allows your whole team to work together effectively and easily. There is obviously some room for improvement but overall we have no complaints and will continue to use this program!

  • The interface could be more user friendly
  • Some of its functionality is hard to use and/or hard to find
  • There are alot of field that we do not use that do not appear to be able to be deleted
  • It can sometimes be difficult to add new functionality

While we have considered making a change we did not see the merit in considering any other companies. Additionally, the pricing is so attractive it is hard for other companies to compete for our business. At no point in the last 10 years have we seriously considered making a change

  • For the money, it is a well priced CRM
  • The best thing I can say is that it has not had a significant negative effect on business
  • The familiarity with the product by all employees lends itself well to continuity and cuts down on errors.
