SAP [needs] a UI upgrade soon - it is getting difficult to operate, especially when huge transactions are involved. SAP's mobile application however gives easy access to data and we can address and search it when needed. This also helps to provide appropriate information to customers and I can update the transaction details on the go.

Due to cloud based solution when I was not in town and want some technical assistance for branch or any financial transaction, it is easy to access it from anywhere plus there is 24/7 reports available. It is easy for development team for new functionalities to implement. There is one down side we experienced that whenever there are largen numbers of user signed in, system get but slow.
