LevelEleven creates engagement and visibility of top and poorest
performers (and their work habits) to increase awareness and
adaptiveness overall, resulting in higher sales. To do this it includes
many features, like leaderboards, email notifications and popups, and

Comparison of Sales Gamification features of Product A and Product B
Any org that wants to easily see pacing on a rep, team, director, etc level as well as what needs to change to hit goal could use LevelEleven. There is more powerful software out there like Clari, but they cost WAY more and have crazy over-the-top features our org didn't need. If you need detailed forecasting of deals in the pipe, and "AI-based" forward-looking info (AI gets thrown around way too much these days when it's not true) then perhaps look elsewhere.
I explained this in my other post but this all depends on the size of your team. For smaller teams this would work well. Not for a scaling enterprise from what I have seen in the platform. still a nice tool, cheap, easy to use, all the things you would want
SFDC integration. Having the metrics on the left-hand side of the CRM is useful. As someone who lives in CRM, I can see real-time what my metrics and output is throughout the week.
Visibility into team metrics. Great to compare and contrast how I'm doing in relation to the team.
I would like better graphics, to visualize the competitions and rewards in a much more customizable and fun way.
Improve mobile application, we access it much more since it is more practical; however, we cannot visualize it as interactive as on the computer and this is significant.
Support is amazing! You are going to be well taken care of! Our CSM would always do monthly calls with us(not a lot of Customer success teams do that). Educating on new features, training new team members, re-training existing team members, suggesting strategies to utilize tool 100% Their response time was always super quick!
The operation of this platform in monitoring daily performance has contributed to employee motivation. It has all the lead tools that have marketed our products and services from various platforms. Data collected from departments is used to build networking channels that attract customers. Results have improved due to increased production and employee satisfaction. LevelEleven has promoted positive competition in both internal operations and the external environment.
We considered Hoopla, for having similar tools, but SalesScreen was the one that best suited our work group, and its interface was much easier to use. I like how SalesScreen presents group dynamics options like competitions or ranking, Hoopla didn't seem as interactive to me.
Sales Performance goes up during every contest. If you add prizes, you can triple you #.
We will no longer use the tool because to cast Channel11 to multiple TV. You need a decent computer with lots of RAM(or a cheap Chromebook for every TV we have). Extra spent wasn't the part of a yearly budget.
Put Sales Reports, Forecasts, and Goals on screens for transparency.
When our team interacted better with all the sales staff, we strengthened ties, motivated better work, and set fully achievable goals. We discovered that each sales agent gave their best and brought the company better results, with solid clients and more significant sales.
