TravelPerk, headquartered in Barcelona, offers their eponymous travel management application supporting bookings management, travel policy controls and management, invoicing, and other features.
It's a reliable source of updates when there are flight delays, gate changes, or other headaches you may experience on the road. It's also convenient that you can navigate to your hotel right from the app when you arrive at your destination. From what I have recently learned, it is now even available on Apple Watch, which I know our techies love.TripCase helped even our most techonologically-challenged employees evolve into more confident, self-sufficient travelers
Very helpful in saving time and costs when it comes to planning business travel, tracking expenses, and reimbursement management. Their support team is friendly and comprehensive, they manage to do changes to our reservations within 10 hours before our trip with no extra costs. I can't find a scenario where it is less appropriate.
It gathers all of the essential details of a trip and presents it in a simple and efficient view. Our users particularly like that they can each choose in what own order they prefer that data to appear.
It conveniently allows travelers to share their itineraries with others.
I got very competitive flight tickets. Booking was very easy since I don't need to make a payment on my own.
It was automatic payment by the company's preset card. Hence, the transaction was very smooth.
I was able to do a group booking when we went for a business meeting. It helped us to get same rows seats, hence it was more productive even inside the flight.
Any time I contact the support team the response was immediate and great.
TravelPerk does not make us pay for booking flights so it is a much cheaper option for the same quality of service. The chat option is great, compared to phone customer service with Egencia that also gets costly: $22/call.
