RecruitBPM vs. Vibe HCM (discontinued)

RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.

It is best suited for companies that want their HR function streamlined and automated. It's also suited for companies that want their employees to engage more and collaborate on the same platform.

• I like that the RecruitBPM is simple straight to the point and very easy to navigate through.
• Collaboration between internal team members has been made so much easier by this software - no more delays as everything is in real time.
• I think it is a wonderful tool for a start-up company to manage its recruitment program

• Vibe HCM is highly configurable. That flexibility is extremely useful.
• The portal pages create a friendly user experience that aids in adoption.
• Vibe takes action on change requests and enhancements quickly.
• The number of employee self-service options allow for easy colleague use.

• Too many features does get overwhelming initially, would be good to have modules divided for specific features
• We needed several demos to understand how to use it

• Any areas of opportunity are discussed and addressed. They are incredibly open to suggestions and have an overall attitude of continuous improvement. No possibility goes unexplored.

Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.

It works just as advertised! Not always the case with solutions. Flexible and configurable!

World class service and support! Second to none!

More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.

The customer support team is responsive and always available for solving technical or implementation issues that may arise from clients.

We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do

We selected Vibe HCM about 2 1/2 years ago because they approached communication and the interaction between the employer and the employee so differently. It was a combination of connection and transaction. You have a system that meets the business need and functionality but that connects with your employee in such a fresh non-corporate way. It's not just about automating a process but building an environment that surrounds those daily business transactions that looks and feels how we interact on the web and social media. It totally transforms not only the user experience but the employers as well. It makes us think a little bit more about the touch points we have with our employees and how we want those to look/feel and resonate.
