When it comes to collecting data for analysis RealPage does an excellent job thoroughly collecting everything we may need from the moment when a person is applying up until a lease is signed.

Adding a rider to a lease on one property or several properties can be a headache and support is not very responsive. You can always use the customizable rider option, but on many occasions that portion is needed for something else and it shouldn't be used instead of a rider which should be permanent. This is extremely frustrating when leases have to be made in a timely matter; however, this is a support issue rather than a software issue. A mobile app would be amazinggggg and/or a more user-friendly mobile web experience.
