For me, the best kind of services are the ones that you forget about because they work so well in the background. This is what Kixie does so well once it's installed; it's unobtrusive, simple, and does what it is supposed to do in the background. My sales staff no longer has to worry about tracking and logging their outbound or inbound calls because Kixie is installed on their phones and computers.

XenCall is well suited for any company looking to make outbound calls to prospects more efficiently and effectively. It might not be appropriate for calls where you want to have a more quality conversation unless you stick with the 1 line dialer. Using multiple lines allows companies to hit many prospects in one day.

Usability
Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

I am not the decision-maker, [but] I believe we went with Kixie because of the price. Kixie does the bare minimum, but [I] would love more analysis.

Aircall provides chat, phone, and email support in less than an hour if the chat agent is unable to help you he will book you a call with a technician who will do the zoom meeting with you and solve the issue then and there. They will ask for the screen control and take care of setting up everything as per your need which means you don't have to sit and wait.
