Publer is a great choice for in-house teams managing multiple sister brands because it combines all networks—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Google Business Profiles, YouTube, and Pinterest—into a single drag-and-drop calendar, removing the hassle of separate dashboards and spreadsheets. The platform’s AI-generated captions, evergreen “recycle” rules, and simple approval process keep our content running smoothly and on brand, while built-in analytics offer enough insight to optimise timing and formats without needing enterprise-level features. We haven’t faced any major restrictions; when an API change caused a hiccup, Publer’s support team fixed it within a day. Agencies that require in-depth white-label reporting or detailed short-form video metrics might need additional tools, but for a small or medium-sized enterprise seeking seamless scheduling, quick optimisation, and responsive support, Publer hits the mark.

ZoomSphere is suited for all companies - from small to big, for one brand or more brands within company. With ZoomSphere you can leverage your social media presence - but you need to use lot of apps ZoomSphere has. I think that ZoomSphere is not suited for company that want to use ZoomSphere for only one purpose, for example content creation and publishing. There are plenty of ways how to use ZoomSphere more complex.

  • Autoscheduling - I press one button, and content goes out to predetermined schedules across the various platforms
  • Spintax - putting content on autorepeat with auto-generated unique captions!
  • I work with a couple VAs, and I can have them create the content, and I'm automatically notified to approve their work before anything goes out.
  • Easy access to past content for quick reusing and repurposing
  • Feedback - I love that I can always suggest new features, and they're always working on improving!

  • It would be good to see better integration of the Instagram platform, when it comes to using trending audio, getting template inspiration etc, but this may be limited by the available API.
  • Hashtag analysis and suggestion is pretty limited, and this is a feature in the higher paid accounts.

The UI for Publer has a great look and feel and it is very easy to use. When I first started using Publer I was very happy that it all seemed intuitive and the adding of social channels and setting up profiles works very smoothly as well. Overall very easy to use.

There is always a space for improvement, but overall I see ZoomSphere as a valuable partner and tool for our business on social media. Maybe in a future rest of the apps in tool (community management, social media listening,...) will be on a same level as competitors and we will use only one tool for whole social media management. But if not, ZoomSphere is still awesome for the most of it

Whenever I contacted customer service, I had a great response within minutes. Sometimes was not easy to solve, but somehow we figured it out. I would like to reccommend more proactive communication with clients regarding product roadmap, for example "In 1Q we will launch XY,..." Publer actually uses ChatGPT as a friend, it's not a similar product. You can use ChatGPT inside Publer to increase the quality of the posts and the texts that you can use in the posts, and also the comments in the post, and also other things in the posts. It's great.

We see ZoomSphere as a better option than Kontentino. They are almost the same in way you can use the tool, but ZoomSphere has better UI and UX and also customer service. We also know that pricing levels are better with ZoomSphere than Kontentino. But both tools are quite awesome for social media management. Just book a demo, have a trial and you will see by yourself.
