My favorite feature is their email recall. If you’ve ever sent an email and realized right after you hit send there’s a mistake, this will be your favorite feature too. I love being able to make adjustments without the recipient knowing.

• User administration is very intuitive and simple.
• Rules are quickly implemented allowing solid email incidence response.
• Enterprise support is spectacular offering to go above and beyond whenever necessary.
