Other than navigation sometimes being tricky, Profit.co offers a very wide range of customization that can really lend itself to great communication which is known to be a real struggle in most organizations. Alternatives Considered	Profit is more complex, if you want to have more than just objective management then Profit.co might be for you. You când ad the employee's performance, have surveys, reviews, chat, and give rewards. Take into count more features, and more time needed to adapt, but most of the time it's worth it.
