It seems to work well enough to manage the hiring process of consultants, and in communicating requisitions to vendors. I think there are other VMSs on the market that have better, more intuitive interfaces, or that take fewer steps in submitting candidates. However, the PEOPLE at PRO are amazing! So if you are given a choice in selecting a VMS, don't simply evaluate the software itself. Also evaluate the people with whom the software is integrated - I would give Wand a 5, but the PRO people a 9.

Vectorvms is best Contingent workforce solution for the MSP Partners. As they will manage from requirement creation to onboarding through the Vectorvms only. They can add the users from vendors to client as per there requirement.Client Manager can add the requirement and request the interview and after the selection make a engagement request through the vectorvms only.

Pros
  • As compared to other VMSs out there, Wand does allow for more information to be entered. In particular, I don't like when there are little to no free-form fields in a VMS, as you cannot truly explain a candidate's experiences without free-form entry.
  • Notifications actually explain what is happening. Some VMSs send notifications that require you to login to see the activity. It's nice to see the info come directly to me in an email.

Cons
  • It would be helpful in the beginning to see if the opportunity is exempt or non-exempt
  • The timing out of session could be extended a few more minutes longer
  • When adding a candidates email
  • Easier way to update a candidates profile and updated resume

Alternatives Considered
In our current situation, we did not go after WAND as a tool. Our clients that we support currently use WAND as their VMS system. But if given a choice of having to choose a VMS I would choose WAND over all that I have used in the past. It keeps everything uniform.

Vectorvms is better than the beeline as it has more secuirity features and easy to navigate the requirements.Through vectorvms we can see the rate and other things on single page.Beeline is less userfriendly and less features than the Vectorvms. Most of the our clients in governmet sector used the Vectorvms

Return on Investment
  • Saves time on all aspects of organization
  • Only negative is that there is not a real connection with the managers from a Recruitment or Sales point of view - but understand they are prob bombarded by sales calls
  • Very helpful tool to keep process and procedures in place

  • High Roi for MSPs
  • Good UI for recruiters to understand the process quickly
