  • Staff need to know how to use SiteMinder.
  • Preno failed miserably at onboarding our business.
  • Up to 21 hours to respond to chats, and phones often go unanswered.
  • Poor linkage with Xero. Cost me over $3000 for an accountant to undo Xero issues after I spent hours going through the setup with someone from Preno.
  • I purchased this for ease with Xero. This is absolutely false as Preno staff were unable to link it to Xero properly.

Preno integrates with Light Speed and Xero. The two software systems we needed in our business. The integration gave us more time to focus on sales and other key aspects of the business.
