Picreel vs. Shop Sheriff

Onboarding and success managers are available only in some plans. I hope they offer a successful manager on every plan in the future.

• A/B testing is good but the analytics and comparison feature when we A/B test the popups to check the campaign results need improvements.
• As an e-commerce owner, leads are everything for our marketers to run campaigns and boost conversions. Picreel proved to be a great lead generation tool as we targeted website visitors with interactive pop ups at the right time. This helped us in reducing cart abandonment rates and we also witnessed an increase in our newsletter subscribers.

Picreel is working fine for me as it is but could include the scope for a more detailed self-help guide or FAQ section. This would reduce my need to contact the customer service panel for issues that are slightly more complex.
