PhishProtection vs. Trend Micro Email Security

The companies who have to deal with a lot of stuff must not
have time to figure out threats containing emails and should go for Phish
Protection in order to make themselves protected and to assure protection for
their company’s important and essential data. as it has made it permissible for
us to get rid of malicious attacks it has become our necessity in order to get
a safe environment. But its high price might not be suitable for a lot of
companies.

PRO: all companies that need an antispam, antivirus. It should not be activated if it is not possible to deactivate the anti-spam provided by the provider.
you have to check the in/out of the mail a few days to verify false positives and manage the rules.
CONS: It is too expensive for small companies, it's better to use services offered by the mail provider.

• Implementation is not much time-consuming and doesn't require an IT guy.
• Reports are quite helpful.
• Using its blocklist we can block suspicious emails.
• It is highly advanced and is effective against advanced threats too like Malware and ransomware.

• Trend Micro Email Security provides, among email Encryption and it's really helpful to protect the email from hackers.
• It's very easy to sync with Microsoft™ Office™ 365, just one click to install.
• Total cloud based security system so it's doesn't affect system memory, with very less memory space it could run very smoothly.

• Sometimes it takes a little longer to detect threats maybe it was because of some problem on our side because it happens seldom.
• I don’t like its rate and should be decreased to make it more feasible.

The product really does everything it can and offers it very simply. In other words, after using it for many years like us, it feels as if the email system could not exist without Trend Micro Email Security. Using email in a corporate structure without this or any other product is the job of brave people.

Overall, Trend Micro Email Security does what is designed to do, however, it can be a bit frustrating tweaking the policies to get them just right due to the vagueness of some of the levels of protection available for some of the features (e.g., scales that range from "Low" to "Highest")

As a reseller, it can be difficult to locate the appropriate support number to call, however, once a case has been opened for a support request, it is generally resolved fairly quickly.

I think Trend Micro Email Security gave us the best price along with the best overall features. We felt more comfortable using the Email Security along with the other Trend Micro products. It keeps our environment safe and has been a great way to help our end users through email issues. I would defiantly recommend this Trend Micro Email Security product to IT professionals a like.

• Our email boxes are threats free.
• This tool paid us off within a short time by providing us with everything we were in search of.
• Effective against Phishing, ransomware, spam, and other viruses.

• You don't have to check all PCs when a user clicks on a fake link because the email is delete before.
