PDF Sign&Seal vs. Zoho Sign

PDF Sign&Seal is perfect if you have documents that need to be signed electronically. It may not be an excellent choice if you work off a mobile device or are on the road a majority of the time as there are better app alternatives that do a similar job signing docs electronically for you.

If your business needs an electronic signing software, then I recommend Zoho Sign because it has all the great features. It ensures fast and secure document signing and, most importantly, it is legally binding.

• I'd like to see a stronger mobile interface or app
• Collaboration type of sharing would be welcome
• Integration with a Wacom bamboo type of tablet for signing

• Better ways to edit templates
• add a credit card form input
• create documents that then can be changes instead of uploading a document from word or pdf

The UI is easy and using Zoho Sign is easy too.

PDF Sign&Seal is very intuitive and does not have a crazy high learning curve. Even a high-level exec who isn't computer savvy can use it without much difficulty. This is why we chose this software ultimately to help expedite getting signatures needed for vendor contracts passed through the right hands in quicker.

Before using Zoho Sign, we simply send out PDFs and had our partners and clients sign them and send them back. Obviously, Zoho Sign stacks pretty high against that because of how professional it is, how much simpler it is for us to use, and how much time it saves us

• Saved time reducing extra work, scanning, and emailing

• Zoho Sign was far more affordable for the simple uses we need. It simplified our processes at a very affordable price.
