The Zoho Corporation offers Zoho Vault, their password management application for teams supporting credential-free convenient login and safe access share between members of a team.
It is well suited for any business as they would have password / confidential data which needs to be stored. Hence this tool provides all those features which is required. The product becomes less appropirate to SMB segments as the per device licensing becomes very difficult as there are various applications available as a free ware. Hence the licensing model need to be re-thought
The reason I selected 7/10 is because I don't have any experience using other systems similar to Zoho Vault. It works fine for us, but I also have experience with Zoho Recruit, and based on that experience, I know that there are better choices out there. I would encourage anyone I was recommending this product to, to also research similar products.

Zoho Vault enables you to create users and groups, and share authentication details either at a group level or at a user level.
Zoho Vault gives you the capability of defining the level of access a user or group has to the authentication - read-only or read/write. This is one of the most unique features that I have come across any online password managers.
Zoho Vault allows you to download and store an offline encrypted copy of your authentication details for the time when the internet is restricted.
Some of the users in my organization find it challenging to integrate Password Genie with other password management tools or services they are using, making it difficult to import or export password data.
The user interface and experience of Password Genie are outdated or difficult to use, leading to a less streamlined password management process.
Lack of advanced features: Some users might find that Password Genie lacks some advanced features or customization options that are available in other password management tools.
User interface: Some users might find the user interface of Password Genie to be less intuitive or less user-friendly compared to other password management tools.
I selected 8/10 because while I don't have any experience using other products similar to Zoho Vault, I do believe it is easy to use and maintain. We do not have any problems using this product and have never needed to contact customer support.
Never really needed to use the customer support of Zoho Vault, but all other Zoho services have excellent support and excellent forums to participate in, and I don't assume Zoho Vault would have anything less
It’s very easy to operate from multiple devices & highly secure layer protection.I love using Password Genie because It keeps all of my passwords in one place and I can use it on all of my devices.Password Genie is very time savings & secure tools for digital online based company.Password Genie is helpful with password capture and replay. Syncs among Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices. Flags weak and duplicate passwords. Two-factor authentication. Fills Web forms with personal data.
