Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange vs. Primavera Unifier

[Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange] is very easy to train new users on it and have everyone on the same page. The daily reminder emails can be a pain but if there are documents needed from a trade it is a great way to remind the the it is in their ball of court to act accordingly and get the documents uploaded because there might be other trades waiting on them.

Primavera Unifier is well suited as a document management system for managing construction projects from all phases of the project (design through construction). Linking the application to other Oracle products like Oracle Financials is very straight forward and easy. Again, you build the framework of what you want the application to use. Not using Procurement, no problem, just throw it off. You have control of want you want and don't want. You are not forced to used everything.

The cost sheet & cost management feature is best for tracking cost-related information. We can store document tracking Good by integrating with multiple external tools.
