Cons	Opensend Their algorithm for profile engagement could be improved. Sometimes the overall engagement of profiles sent from Opensend is rather low (to be expected). Usability	Opensend Super easy to use and implement, great customer support, the quality of the emails that Opensend provides is much higher than that of their competitors, which helps with deliverability and revenue. IT also makes sure that we aren't sending emails to unengaged users. I've tried all of the platforms of this kind, and Opensend is the best one!
