Bearing this in mind, they should treat their problems with late-breaking solutions as long as they have the budget to expand. However, I believe they need to work on providing better notification and support of outages, service, etc. These services are also incredibly expensive, Windstream portrays a worthwhile service to accommodate your check every month, but it falls short.
