Onboarding support will consist of phone conversations, email-based support, and any other activities related to setup and implementation. Acctivate Onboarding is delivered remotely. Onboarding is completed in 90 days. Number of users that come with each package (additional users are $750/ea): - Starter: 1 user - Pro: 5 users - Enterprise: 15 users | The above pricing is the one-time setup fee for each edition. Besides the setup fee, there is also a yearly maintenance fee for each edition. All Orders with 2 Users have a maintenance fee of $500/year. All Orders with 5 Users have a maintenance fee of $900/year & All Orders with 10 Users have a maintenance fee of $1400/year.
