As mentioned, Notarize is very reliable and handy on online document validation and electronic signatures. The offered possibility of having an actual person on the other side to validate important documentation is a huge differential in my opinion. Plus it does also offers the security technology behind that to give you peace of mind.
In my opinion, too much room for improvement right now and need something that is functioning properly. In my experience, always having to provide them with ways to improve as if I was part of their development team
In my experience, not enough insight into the documents that were set up. In my opinion, payment options are not clear for clients, terminology and instructions for clients are lacking, process is more cumbersome than it should be
We looked at other services such as DocuSign Notary, OneNotary, ENotaryLog, and Notary Cam. Ultimately, it was clear that Notarize provided us with the most reliable, trustworthy, consistent, and professional services relative to the price. The ease of use and mobile-friendliness of the platform has made us feel proud of our decision. We have not since questioned it at anytime.
