Netskope Private Access provides only authenticated users to access the application and it only allows those users whose access has been provided. It provides fast and secure access to the application, whereas a VPN allows users to connect to the whole network once the VPN is connected. Sometimes due to some back-end changes at the stitcher or management plane user is not able to connect the application which leads to customer business.
I still think Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access is the best SASE/SSE product out there. It just has such good granular controls and up to date security definitions that you can feel absolutely secure in your purchase. GlobalProtect was a lifesaver for me when COVID hit so yes I had to work my butt off to get it up and running quickly and as secure as I possibly could but it worked amazing and had excellent performance after we got it running and tied to MFA, certificates and security policies.

As I said before, I find it´s UI very intuitive and it´s very easy to use and configure, everything is where it should be and allows for a good workflow. For the end user it´s only a login page that pops out automatically and close itself once it´s authenticated so it stay out of the way of the user.

I still say that Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access is the best. I love their GUI, their policies are easy to manage, the sales team is VERY helpful (especially when support is not). I still recommend them to everyone I talk to.

The support is good, but the problem is that even if you indicate that you prefer support in Spanish, the application indicates that it is available. I have never had a technician who spoke to me in Spanish.

The process was smooth and well managed. There was probably good technical coordination and support. There were only minor details that could be improved.

In comparison to Zscaler Private Access, Netskope Private Access provides more features and stability to the user environment. Netskope private access improves user experience in comparison to Zscaler Private Access. Cost-wise, Zscaler is cheaper than Netskope private access. Netskope Private Access works comparatively better than Zscaler Private Access in a hybrid environment.
The McAfee product really isn’t a great option. The configuration is a nightmare and requires a lot of time. The policy management has a high learning curve.
