Integration with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems
We have used PolicyTech for over 13 years. We have found it to be a robust solution, that has great technical support, and that continues to evolve as technology changes. If a business is looking for a solution to support best practices in policy and procedure development and distribution, there is no better solution than PolicyTech. We currently use PolicyTech’s SAS service. This solution would not be as effective for business environments that do not have computers for their employees to access on a daily basis.
The part I like the most is our staff not having to log in to view policies. We have so many passwords to remember having this convenience is a big satisfier.
One of the main features and functions that I like about NAVEX One is the proper management and number of solutions that it provides to my documents to achieve a better corporate response.
Thanks to the help of NAVEX One I can have a better control of the risks in my work area, this is thanks to the versatility that this software has to address and manage all aspects of my organization.
If I ever have any technical issues or questions the support team is great at getting back to me very quickly. I also like all the resources available to help as well.
Policy reports, there are so many to choose from. These reports help me track several different things in the system. Compliance, attestations, past due, and so much more.
Another plus for me is being able to add linkages to outside programs like TJC and Elsevier. Linking these to policies saves a lot of time.
Overall this program is great. I am continuously in the program and find it very simple to use. I do have some staff that struggle, only because they are not in the program as often as I am
Navex is best intuitive and satisfied all the security & compliance requirement. ServiceNow GRC is complex & not easy to deployable.. also need that cost effective solution. Even it was tough to customize initially but later after doing fine-tuning with policies & process we got best insights & inputs from solution .
We've been able to decrease the staff time and travel expense to review documents via committee
The staff has access to the most up to date version of policies, procedures, and forms. It has decreased the utilization of dated forms.
We've been able to expedite the policy, procedure and document review for onsite accreditation visits and the ability to provide online access to regulatory bodies/oversight agencies has simplified audit/review/corrective action immensely.
