Omnipresent is a great solution for companies looking to grow globally but that don't have the resources or market understanding to open new legal entities in other countries. We found that they beat their competitors when it comes to customer service and employee experience.

• Consistency - There's been a lot of turnover of staff over the past year. It would be ideal to have the same account manager for more than six months.
• In many countries, Omnipresent uses local service providers to employ folks. In those countries, we see really long response times, and the info provided isn't always accurate or easy to understand.

Depending on the country, other EORs are more economical. Some of their third party providers in country can impact employee experience.

The question doesn't really apply to a service like Omnipresent. If we are speaking about their app, it is easy to use and works fairly well

Customer service is approachable but many times they can't offer solutions quickly enough

Omnipresent has a good customer support system. We have been in touch before regarding an employee who needed to be onboarded as quickly as possible (outside of the minimum 2-week onboarding time frame). An issue is that there is no number to call, and we can only rely on emails, which is frustrating when you need to get in touch ASAP. Once we got in contact, they were really helpful.

Remote, Global Velocity. We choose Omnipresent at the time due to the following reasons: 1) Cheaper. 2) Better customer service (offered a dedicated account manager). 3) Had a presence in all of the countries we wanted to hire an employee. 4) They believed speed was just important as we did when recruiting and hiring someone new. This was an important factor for us making sure we worked with a company who could get an employee signed quickly.

• We have a greater selection of candidates as we can employ people abroad.
• Efficient billing system - they handle salary payroll.
