Motivosity vs. Xoxoday Plum

By using Motivosity I saw an improvement in the team's motivation and they were more inclined to provide recognition to their peers. This is so much more effective than asking people to send in recognition via email or Slack at the end of each month. This way team members can give recognition right away.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Redemption of points can be tricky for 1st time user.
• It should have an easier user interphase.
• A simple chat bot can also help.

I think both of them serves the purpose. However, Motivosity gets more points here in terms employee engagement.
