I don't know where the funds come from every month, but I know that I will have replenished funds by the beginning of the month. Alternatives Considered	Profit.co is great for goal tracking and for gaining a clear picture of what everyone is working on but there is no way to provide feedback or motivate the team. Return on Investment	It's great to see the stats each month of how many employees have engaged with others to acknowledge or appreciate each other. Reports can be run to see these numbers.
