MoreThanDigital Insights vs. Savant Labs

Definitely a recommendation. Every business owner or someone who wants to analyse his business should have a look at Insights. I guess especially as it is for free in the Base version (we got the Premium one) its a no-brainer to just do it. It takes less than 1-2 hours and it really gives deep insights into a company. I guess also perfect for consultants who can then offer follow-on services as MoreThanDigital isnt offering consulting - just the analytics.

if you need to automate reports pulling information directly from your data source Savant is the tool you need, it's very simple, easy to set up and also it's very reliable, we've never had a time where the service is down and that's something worth mentioning because making something easy to use and reliable is not easy.

• Onboarding could be better
• Some explanations in the report could be added
• Sign-Up flow can be improved

• Let the user implement HTML code to the automated emails
• let you sync again with the data source when a new column is added without the need to re run the bot

Clear Data, we love its simplicity! Not nuclear science to understand the comprehensive reports!

It’s just so easy to enter data that is clearly defined, guaranteeing that the output is measurable and comparable!

Because it has made things much easier for us, sometimes the stake holders need the data in a certain way in a certain time and with Savant that's not a problem anymore, in fact we are able to customize a little bit more the emails and not send any if there is nothing to report on which is great.

Well, till now we didnt use any tools for that. I am not even aware if something like that exists. But we worked just with consultants sometimes or mostly actually making strategic decisions on our own. So there was not really a big "process" before possible as we just made it like everyone else with discussions and some informal process.

It's just better, modern, simple and faster

• We identified several areas for improvement
• We saw 10-20% savings in several areas
• Strategic discussions were pretty simple
• The report was super helpful for internal alignment
• Benchmarking helped us a lot to see how others are doing

• We can rely on Savant to reduce our capacity units from our power bi license by automating reports there
• we don't have to worry about sending emails with new data all the time
• We needed 2 people for our data pull request demand with Savant just 1 person can maintain the entire reporting system
