Our role as treasurer changes every year, so having a tool that is so easy to use and has such great technical support will make the process of transitioning so much easier. Additionally, I am much more confident that the records are accurate. Live Chat is very helpful. Technical concerns and business options for how to best use MoneyMinder can be addressed by the support staff.

Nonprofit Treasurer is well suited for creating reports and tracking donor and member transactions for your organization. It's great to control and keep track of multiple accounts in the same place. The setup for the program is fairly simple and intuitive. Overall a good piece of software for nonprofit accounting.

• The set-up was a bit confusing until I figured out I could match the budget to the categories.

When we switched Treasurers, there was a lack of consistency in how records were managed, and historical funds were misplaced. I could go on, but in a nutshell, it was a nightmare for records. Quickbooks is more difficult to understand and use. I also based in on reviews from other users compared to how they liked this software versus the other.
