When Raiser's Edge initially discontinued direct integration with Microsoft Word, I was worried my time spent on exporting data, then reuploading into Word Merge would just increase and feel less productive. Red Arc filled the need for a receipting program that I don't have to leave RE NXT to use!

I appreciate the free version, the support team was quick to respond when I was a new user with some questions, and it is pretty easy to use "out of the box"
