It is best suited for documents that are not too large. Pros	Documo has EXCELLENT customer service. Documo's status update page is always updated and problems are resolved in a reasonable time frame. Documo is simple to use for faxing materials. Documo sends a copy of faxes to your email inbox - alerting you that you have received a fax instantly. Cons	Any previous problems I had were quickly addressed and fixed. I cannot think of any other issues because this system performs above and beyond my satisfaction.
